Overview

The Sr Bus Intel Dev I (E) position at CoxHealth is a key role within the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team, focused on enhancing organizational efficiency through the design and implementation of enterprise-wide BI solutions. The developer will create dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools, while also managing existing data sources and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide BI solutions
  • Develop dashboards, cubes, and interactive analytical reports
  • Assess existing data sources and translate them into new BI solutions
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of reporting tools
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and propose innovative solutions
  • Design and optimize complex data models for scalable analytics
  • Communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Required skills

  • 4 years' experience with data in clinical, financial, or enterprise domains
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or healthcare-related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes
  • Advanced data visualization skills
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages
  • Expertise in database management and optimization
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI or Fabric
  • Experience with AR systems, EMR systems, or ERP systems (preferred but not required)
