Overview

Ekman Associates is seeking a Sr. Artificial Intelligence Security Engineer to lead the development and oversight of a comprehensive framework for AI security. This position will play a crucial role in shaping enterprise strategy, ensuring regulatory readiness, and enhancing data trust, while collaborating across functions to evaluate new AI applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise AI Security program, defining policies and best practices.
  • Execute multi-year roadmaps to data security and conduct repeatable data security posture reviews.
  • Adopt and operationalize tools for visibility and control over AI access.
  • Defend against prompt injection and ensure models generate appropriate content.
  • Implement methods to minimize data loss risk through AI.
  • Integrate AI security controls into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Assist in forming an AI Center of Excellence.
  • Assess and deploy solutions to detect and respond to anomalous model behavior.
  • Provide insights on security operations for AI-specific breaches.
  • Oversee data quality and metadata management to enhance data integrity.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments related to data management and protection.
  • Provide strategic leadership for data-driven transformation initiatives.

Required skills

  • AI/ML Frameworks and Services: LangChain, PyTorch, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI
  • AI Security Frameworks: NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, Google SAIF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
  • Security Tools: DSPM, SAST, SCA, DAST, SSPM, NHI Security
  • Development skills in Python and general AI development
  • Cloud Security experience: AWS, GCP
  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security
  • Strong command of security and security architecture concepts
  • Deep understanding of AI's relevance to security
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
