Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager at Talent Software Services will support intercompany centralization, transfer pricing execution, and global close activities in a multi-entity environment. This role is pivotal in advancing intercompany strategy and enhancing SAP stabilization, while driving process improvements and ensuring continuity in close and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of intercompany centralized operating model
  • Drive end-to-end intercompany process improvements, including reconciliation and invoicing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce inefficiencies
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for scalability and audit readiness
  • Execute transfer pricing processes and align TP policy with Tax
  • Support SAP S/4HANA stabilization and drive automation initiatives
  • Support month-end close activities and intercompany reconciliation
  • Lead cross-functional projects and support acquisition integration
  • Deliver automation and efficiency improvements

Required skills

  • 8 years of Accounting/Finance experience
  • Strong intercompany accounting experience
  • Proven transfer pricing experience
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and PaPM
  • Project management experience
  • Strong understanding of close and consolidation
  • Leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
