This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role supporting a multi-entity organization, partnering with leaders across the business, and helping shape the future of our accounting processes.If you enjoy solving complex accounting challenges, improving systems, and want your work to influence business decisions, this could be the next step in your career. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting by:Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesPreparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliationsManaging intercompany accounting and consolidations across multiple entitiesPreparing financial statements and supporting schedulesAssisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSupporting internal and external auditsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive efficienciesCollaborating with leaders throughout the organization to support informed business decisionsThis is more than transactional accounting-you'll help improve how we operate. We'd Love to Meet Someone Who Has 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience is a huge plus!)Has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceHas a strong understanding of GAAPLoves solving problems and improving processesEnjoys working with large data sets and ExcelThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWants to continue growing professionally rather than staying in the same role year after yearExperience with multi-entity accounting is helpful, but if you've developed strong accounting fundamentals in public accounting and are looking to make your first move into industry, we'd love to talk.
