Overview

Fire Safety and Protection is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic sprinkler systems. Key responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for sprinkler systems
  • Measure, cut, and install pipes using various fittings and connectors
  • Install valves, alarms, and other components of sprinkler systems
  • Test systems for leaks and functionality
  • Perform routine maintenance and replace worn or damaged components
  • Troubleshoot and repair sprinkler systems, recommending solutions for complex issues
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding project updates and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Required skills
