Overview

The Sports Wagering Clerk at Wild Rose Casino & Hotel is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to all patrons while handling sports wagering transactions. This role includes issuing tickets, managing cash handling, and maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Issue pari mutuel/sports wagering tickets to guests and pay winning tickets
  • Perform general cashiering duties, including counting back change
  • Verify and maintain cash accuracy
  • Multi-task while serving guests and recording transactions
  • Pay winning tickets for Draft King Sports and Off-Track betting
  • Read and understand wagering information
  • Meet company attendance requirements
