Join Home Health of Western Colorado as a Speech Therapist in Delta, Colorado, where you will have a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Key responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing therapy to clients per physician's orders
  • Evaluate and treat clients, formulating effective treatment plans
  • Communicate progress with families, physicians, and other team members
  • Maintain proper documentation according to regulations
  • Comply with the Speech Language Pathology Practice Act
  • Perform other duties or special assignments as directed

Required skills

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with neurological disorders
  • Ability to function independently
  • Valid state license in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the Department of Health
  • Interest in geriatric rehabilitation
