Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a Speech Therapist to join their team in Montrose, CO. This role allows for impactful work in a supportive, compassionate environment dedicated to serving others. Key responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing therapy to clients as per physician's orders
  • Evaluate clients and formulate effective treatment plans
  • Communicate progress of residents to families, physicians, and other team members
  • Maintain proper documentation according to regulations
  • Comply with Speech Language Pathology Practice Act
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Clinical Services

Required skills

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with adults/children with neurological disorders
  • Valid state license in Speech Pathology or eligible for licensing
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Interest in geriatric rehabilitation
