An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in elementary caseload management within a school setting. This role offers the chance to provide essential speech therapy services, supporting students' communication development through both in-person and teletherapy methods. Key qualifications and desired experience include:Certification as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in school environments, with a focus on pediatric populations Proficiency in telespeech or teletherapy models for remote service delivery Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred Background in healthcare or pediatric speech-language pathology is advantageous Strong understanding of elementary-aged student needs and developmental milestones Primary responsibilities encompass:Delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy sessions to elementary students Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress Collaborating with educators and caregivers to integrate communication goals across settings Utilizing teletherapy platforms as needed to expand service accessibility Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and policies The role is based in Melvindale, MI, providing essential services in a supportive and structured school environment.
