The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of conditions across pediatric and adult populations.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disordersDevelop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plansProvide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challengesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated careEducate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company and regulatory standardsStay current with best practices, research, and advancements in speech-language pathologyUphold ethical and professional standards established by ASHA and the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & AudiologyQualificationsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive Florida license to practice Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferredExperience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferredStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environmentCommitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered careProficiency in assessment and evidence-based intervention strategiesBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysContinuing education and professional development supportSupportive, collaborative, and growth-focused work environmentApply NowIf you're a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply and join our compassionate healthcare team in Rockledge, FL.
