Job Description

Overview

CoxHealth is seeking a Speech-Language Path HHA to provide in-home evaluations and speech pathology services to help minimize the effects of speech, voice, and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have relevant education and experience for certification with an emphasis on providing care independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-home evaluation and application of speech and pathology services
  • Minimize the effects of speech, voice, and language disorders
  • Work independently with little direct supervision

Required skills

  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders and Sciences
  • License of Speech Therapy active in Missouri
  • BLS certification within 90 days
  • One year of Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred
  • Good clinical expertise and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and human relations skills
  • Reliable transportation
