Job Description

Overview

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will engage with patients to coordinate pharmacy services within the health system's specialty pharmacy. This role involves processing prior authorizations, assisting with financial aid, and collaborating with the CPS Patient Care Services team to ensure efficient patient support.

Key responsibilities

  • Explain the benefits of specialty pharmacy services to patients
  • Assist with enrolling patients into the specialty pharmacy program
  • Complete benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and financial assistance tasks
  • Coordinate with dispensing team members for accurate processing of patient orders
  • Provide direct patient support through outbound adherence and refill reminder calls
  • Route clinical questions to the appropriate clinician as needed

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recent work as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience supporting clinical pharmacy programs
  • Knowledge of medication regimens and managed care practices
  • Proficient in pharmacy systems, care management platforms, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
