Overview

Olymel is seeking a Digital Specialist to join their dynamic team in Boucherville, Quebec. The role involves driving the overall digital performance of their brands, optimizing visibility on search engines, managing digital projects, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the overall digital performance of brands including SEO, GEO, and analytics.
  • Analyze performance data and make concrete recommendations to improve results.
  • Coordinate the evolution of websites and digital content ensuring quality and UX.
  • Manage digital projects and external partners, including cost tracking and campaign optimization.
  • Follow up on email newsletters and support decision-making with consolidated data.

Required skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing including data analysis and SEO optimization.
  • Strong mastery of SEO, GEO, web analytics (GA4, GSC), and paid media.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary mode.
  • Bilingual (French/English) with a background in marketing, communication, or related fields.
