Overview

globatech is seeking a Specialist in HR Marketing and Digital Performance for a daytime position in Quebec or Montreal. This role focuses on structuring and professionalizing the company's presence on recruitment platforms and social media, with the goal of increasing web visibility and enhancing the company's professional image.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the HR dissemination strategy, including job posting visibility and optimization.
  • Manage job postings on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Create and manage social media content and interactions with candidates.
  • Optimize digital performance through SEO and analytics.
  • Produce periodic reports with recommendations for budget decisions.

Required skills

  • AEC/DEC in marketing or digital strategy, communication, or social media management.
  • Experience in digital marketing, communication, or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HR digital platforms (Jobillico, Indeed, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to use content creation tools like Canva.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and functional English.
  • Ability to read and interpret digital performance indicators.
  • Strong autonomy, rigor, strategic thinking, and quick execution.
