The Specialist, Employee Relations at Ford Motor Company is responsible for addressing employee relations issues, such as conflicts and disputes, with fairness and consistency. Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources processes
  • Prior Employee Relations/Manufacturing experience
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
