We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.The Specialist, Client Service Management II serves as a key member of the client coverage team, partnering with Bankers, Wealth Advisors, Private Banking Associates, and internal service partners to deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is responsible for managing routine client servicing activities while also supporting onboarding, account opening, KYC documentation, relationship maintenance, and proactive client engagement.The Specialist acts as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring requests are completed accurately, risks are appropriately managed, and new client relationships are onboarded efficiently. Success in this role requires strong client service skills, attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.Core ResponsibilitiesAct as a day-to-day contact for routine client service needs and follow through on issue resolutionSupport client relationships by partnering with clients, bankers, advisors, and internal teamsPrepare and coordinate new account opening, account maintenance, and onboarding documentationAssist with KYC, CIP, due diligence, and onboarding for individuals and entitiesProcess account servicing and maintenance transactions accurately and timelyResearch and resolve routine client and operational inquiriesMaintain strong risk and control discipline, including accurate documentation and escalation of issuesContribute to team collaboration, training, and process improvement efforts Key QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, client service, onboarding, or operationsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with private banking, wealth management, trust, or investment relationships is preferredFamiliarity with account opening, KYC/AML, onboarding, and client servicing systems preferred What success looks likeDelivers an excellent client experienceHandles onboarding and servicing work accurately and efficientlyDemonstrates strong risk awarenessBuilds credibility with clients and relationship teamsServes as a reliable partner across both operational and relationship support workAt BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees' growth and success.
