What you'll do hereBuild a Risk Management-wide portfolioPartner across Risk Management to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for AI and automation.Develop a shared roadmap that balances enterprise priorities, team-specific needs, value, feasibility, control requirements and ongoing maintenance.Simplify processes before automating them and focus investment on sustainable, reusable solutions.Build, deploy and maintain solutionsDevelop AI assistants and agentic workflows that retrieve information, support analysis and execute authorized tasks through approved enterprise tools.Automate activities such as evidence collection, document comparison, assessment preparation, issue follow-up and management reporting.Integrate solutions with approved data sources, knowledge repositories and risk management platforms.Own the full solution lifecycle, from prototyping and testing to deployment, monitoring, support and continuous improvement.Make AI reliable, responsible and useful in daily workImplement access controls, source traceability, testing, human review and exception handling while preserving independent risk oversight and clear human accountability for judgments and decisions.Collaborate with Technology, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, Data and AI Governance partners.Document solutions and establish support practices that a lean team can sustain.Train colleagues and help them adopt new tools with confidence.Measure results through time saved, improved quality, faster turn
