Overview

Westphal & Co. is looking for a Special Projects Division Project Manager to oversee specialized electrical projects in various sectors. This role involves planning, estimating, coordinating vendors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, all while working closely with field teams, clients, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

  • Estimate and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for projects
  • Lead field teams and ensure compliance with NEC, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to achieve project goals
  • Monitor performance and handle project documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement and mentor field staff
  • Stay current on industry codes and technologies

Required skills

  • Knowledge of NEC and OSHA
  • Electricial construction experience (preferred 5 years)
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible to travel as needed
