Requirements/Qualifications: - Professional Educator License- LBS1 or LBS1 endorsement- Strong behavior management skills- Ability to collaborate with other professionals in a fast paced environment Duties/Responsibilities: - Implementation of standards based lesson plans- Ability to individually differentiate instruction according to IEP's- Apply effective behavior management techniques/programs- Engage students through multifaceted curricular materials- Construct legally sound IEP's- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with Parkland students, supervisors, coworkers, subordinates, supporting agencies, and a variety of external agencies.
