Role Description The Education Specialist Teaching Position is a full-time teaching program, on-site role based in Gardena, CA. The specialist will design and deliver lessons aligned with program goals, using engaging instructional methods that support diverse learning styles. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, implementing curriculum materials, providing direct instruction to learners, and monitoring student progress. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with learners, caregivers, and colleagues, documenting outcomes, and adjusting instructional strategies as needed. The specialist will contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and organized learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth. Qualifications Ideally candidates should have experience providing direct instruction to diverse learners.
