Overview

The Soudeur(se) - assembleur(se) at Summa will be responsible for tracing, assembling, and welding fabricated metals. They will read and interpret plans, drawings, and welding symbols in their daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Trace, assemble, and weld worked metals
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and welding symbols

Required skills

  • Blueprint reading
  • Knowledge of trigonometry and geometry
  • Expertise in staircase tracing and guardrail production
  • Experience in architectural metalwork fabrication
  • Welding experience with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
  • Architectural stainless steel polishing
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus
