Solution Architect / Principal Consultant (NW / DC / Security) DETAILS Location: Remote Position Type: 6M+ Contract (w/ likely extensions) Hourly / Salary: to $90W2+ (based on experience level) JOB SUMMARY Vaco is currently seeking a Solution Architect / Principal Engineer for a 6M+ Contract (w/ likely extensions) that is remote. The Solution Architect / Principal Engineer will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale network and security solutions for a large Fortune 10 environment. The Solution Architect / Principal Engineer will own technical strategy across data center, WAN/LAN, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, guiding multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and enterprise architecture requirements. The Solution Architect / Principal Engineer will serve as the technical leader and escalation point for complex networking and security challenges, driving architecture decisions, overseeing engineering teams, and providing governance from design through deployment.
