Job Description Job Description This role involves precision soldering through-hole under a microscope and working with advanced pick-and-place equipment in a collaborative manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Solder through-hole components under a microscopeSet up and break down feeders; load and scan feeders on pick-and-place equipmentLoad, unload, and scan PCBs on pick-and-place machinesPlace loose components onto printed circuit boardsSet up, operate, and maintain surface mount equipmentCollaborate effectively with team members in a respectful, team-oriented environmentQualifications:Minimum 1 year of surface mount PCB assembly experienceStrong knowledge of surface mount assembly processesFamiliarity with assembly standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)Ability to identify electronic componentsComfortable reading written and digital instructionsBasic computer and machine operation skillsAbility to operate manufacturing equipmentPay: Up to $26/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am to 2:30pm orMonday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30pm Company Description We are here to helpWe represent only the most reputable corporations and with our vast network of clients, we are able to find the best jobs at the most competitive salaries.
