Candidates with PCBmanufacturing experience and knowledge of solder mask processes are strongly preferred.Position SummaryThe Solder Mask & LPI Screen Operator is responsible for preparing, screening, exposing, developing, andinspecting solder mask applications on printed circuit boards. This position plays a critical role in ensuringproduct quality, registration accuracy, and cosmetic appearance.The ideal candidate will have experience with LPI (Liquid Photo Imageable) solder mask processes, screenprinting operations, and PCB manufacturing equipment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate solder mask screening equipment.Apply liquid photo imageable (LPI) solder mask to printed circuit boards.Verify panel preparation prior to solder mask application.Perform exposure, developing, and curing operations.Monitor process parameters and equipment performance.Inspect panels for registration, coverage, and cosmetic quality.Review work orders and manufacturing instructions.Maintain production records and process documentation.Troubleshoot process issues and identify corrective actions.Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.Follow all safety and quality procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Manufacturing experience preferred.Strong attention to detail.Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions.Good mechanical aptitude.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.PreferredPCB manufacturing experience.Solder mask screening experience.LPI solder mask processing experience.Screen printing experience.UV exposure and developing experience.Experience working in an ISO-controlled manufacturing environment.Knowledge of PCB quality requirements and IPC standards.
