Develop detailed testing programs for database impacts, regression testing, error handling, usability, and performance across multi-channel AI services. Plan test schedules and strategies in alignment with project timelines, delivery requirements, and industry best practices for SaaS and AI-driven platforms. Execute manual and automated testing routines to validate software functionality, UI consistency, reliability, and cross-platform compatibility for products such as ChurnControl and AI Avatai. Identify software defects and performance discrepancies using internal bug tracking systems, collaborating with software developers for prompt resolution. Monitor QA metrics and historical test data to identify trends, drive process enhancements, and support the ongoing delivery of high-quality, innovative AI solutions.Participate in design review meetings and cross-functional discussions to provide feedback on feature requirements, potential quality risks, and suggestions for enhanced user experience.
