Overview

Speechify is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to support the growth of their iOS app, which has been recognized for its inclusivity and has gained a large user base. This role involves driving engineering and product decisions, shipping code, and participating in shaping the product roadmap within a fast-paced, distributed work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team.
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.

Required skills

  • Experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Multithreading programming.
  • Working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Proficient with Git and different Git strategies.
