Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions to support high-performance AI workloads and optimize Nexthops AI infrastructure. Develop software for seamless integration of hardware products, focusing on network data plane, control plane, and management plane features based on customer-specific requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications, resolve integration challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Apply expertise in coding practices, software testing, and technical documentation to ensure adherence to engineering standards. Conduct design and code reviews, participate in technical interviews, and define performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Design and execute testing routines and validation procedures to ensure software reliability, efficiency, and scalability for Nexthops AI infrastructure solutions. Coordinate with the customer development team through project scoping, proof-of-concept demonstrations, early product trials, and troubleshooting during production escalations. REQUIREMENT: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 40 hours per week SALARY: $209,999 - $210,999 per annum
