Description: Greater Norwalk Head Start / Early Head Start a program of the Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. seeks full-time Social Services and ERSEA Professional. Position is responsible for assuring that programs meet 100% of the related Federal Performance Standards, including services to families and children, working closely with Management team and Teaching staff, and Parent Education as a whole or on a case-by-case basis. This position includes supervising Family Advocates and participant enrollment. This position is chiefly responsible for the following core functions of the Head Start program and performs other tasks as needed:Summary:(1) Social Services Manager: This position has responsibility for fulfillment of the following Head Start Performance Standards: Family Partnerships; Community Partnerships, and Parent Involvement; Program Planning and the related Federal Monitoring Protocols.
