Adoreal is seeking a full-time Social Media Video Editor to manage short-form video production for its practice portfolio. This role involves transforming raw video footage into engaging content for platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts, using AI-assisted workflows to maintain high quality and speed. The position is remote but limited to candidates in specific U.S. states.

Key responsibilities

  • Edit 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week
  • Create strong hooks, captions, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement
  • Edit before-and-after content while ensuring compliance and tasteful presentation
  • Maintain brand consistency across various practice styles
  • Repurpose long-form content into short clips
  • Collaborate asynchronously with social, content, and design teams

Required skills

  • Portfolio showcasing short-form video editing capabilities
  • Experience with AI video tools
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Self-direction and ability to meet deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience in aesthetics, medical or beauty content, editing for multiple brands, motion graphics in After Effect
