Overview

The Social Content Specialist at Sunrise Systems Inc. is a creative role focused on producing engaging social media content that resonates with audiences. This position requires a passion for storytelling and expertise in various content formats, including videography and graphic design. The role is part of a dynamic team responsible for shaping the voice of iconic brands through innovative and relevant content.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Shoot original videos, take photos, and design static graphics
  • Appear on camera in videos and posts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners
  • Stay updated on social trends and platform changes
  • Participate in the content creation process from ideation to execution
  • Review performance data to optimize content effectiveness
  • Source and manage content banks of UGC, EGC, and partner-produced assets

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation
  • Strong graphic design, videography, photography, and video editing skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with social media management tools, preferably Sprinklr
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in community management or agency background is a bonus
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is highly desirable
  • Visible personal social presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube is preferred
