Overview

The Social Content Specialist at Sunrise Systems Inc is responsible for creating engaging social media content while also starring in their own videos and posts. This role requires a creative individual skilled in photography, videography, and graphic design, who thrives in a collaborative environment and understands current social media trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Shoot original videos and take photos
  • Design static graphics aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners
  • Stay informed on social trends and platform updates
  • Participate in all stages of content creation
  • Review performance data to optimize content effectiveness
  • Source and manage content banks of UGC and EGC
  • Support the development of externally sourced content

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation
  • Strong skills in graphic design, videography, and photography
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in community management or agency background is a bonus
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is highly desirable
  • Visible personal social presence on platforms like Instagram or TikTok preferred
