Overview

The SNO - PM Leader - Tech 3 at Procter & Gamble will implement and continuously improve Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Defect Handling DMS for their assigned line or area. This role is crucial for enhancing efficiency in maintenance systems while reducing costs and failures through the application of IWS tools and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling systems.
  • Reduce breakdowns through improved maintenance procedures.
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance work efficiently.
  • Lead weekly planning meetings and adjust plans based on scheduled work.
  • Analyze failures to prevent repeat breakdowns.
  • Track and report maintenance indicator results.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through monitoring of PM indicators.
  • Champion continuous improvement processes and ensure adherence to change management procedures.
  • Coach team members on IWS methodologies.

Required skills

  • 5-10 years experience in maintenance planning and execution in manufacturing or warehousing.
  • Strong organizational and technical skills.
  • Leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP maintenance and store room skills.
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge of AM and PM standards.
