Overview

Lowes Foods is looking for a part-time Smokehouse Clerk to join their team on Johns Island, South Carolina. This role involves engaging with guests, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards in the Smokehouse department while working for a family-owned and growing company.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide fun, friendly, and engaging service
  • Actively engage guests with freshly prepared Smokehouse samples
  • Operate according to strict merchandising and operational standards
  • Ensure product quality meets company standards
  • Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department
  • Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service
  • Maintain HACCP product information log sheets
  • Perform light meat cutting duties as needed
  • Perform PA announcements
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Required skills
