Overview

Vandalia Health and Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) are seeking a Sleep Medicine physician to join their expanding Pulmonary Critical Care Division. The role involves providing consultations for sleep disorders, managing sleep-disordered breathing, and supporting advanced ventilatory management, as well as engaging in teaching and academic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient Sleep Medicine consultations
  • Manage sleep-disordered breathing in outpatients
  • Support advanced ventilatory management and PAP therapies
  • Teach residents and fellows
  • Contribute to academic initiatives

Required skills

  • MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
  • Completed residency in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, or related field
  • Fellowship training in Sleep Medicine
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Sleep Medicine
  • Eligible for an unrestricted West Virginia medical license
