Overview

CSTK Inc. is seeking a Skilled Transport Refrigeration Technician in Dodge City, Kansas. The technician will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of Carrier and Thermo King refrigeration units, ensuring that they operate efficiently and meet safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Carrier and Thermo King refrigeration units
  • Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify refrigeration unit components
  • Update and submit necessary paperwork upon job completion
  • Work overtime and be on-call as required

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certification
  • 1-2 years of experience with transport refrigeration units
  • Experience with Thermo King refrigeration repair
  • Diesel engine repair skills
  • Knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems
  • Familiarity with microprocessors
  • EPA Certification with refrigerant
  • Ability to use diagnostic computers for troubleshooting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Current and valid driver license
