Overview

The Skilled Maintenance Technician at Moving Mountains Hospitality LLC is a crucial member of the operations team, responsible for maintaining luxury properties with precision and care. This role requires problem-solving skills and expertise in various maintenance areas, including plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance duties in managed luxury homes
  • Conduct weekly property checks and manage waste removal
  • Handle irrigation and snow maintenance
  • Create estimates for repairs and coordinate property maintenance scheduling
  • Conduct home inspections, evaluations, and repairs
  • Perform vehicle preventive maintenance and repair
  • Document time worked and tasks completed
  • Respond on-call as directed by reservations
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 4+ years of property maintenance experience
  • General knowledge of home maintenance, property management, and various repair areas
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and clientele
  • Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
