This person will possess a solid understanding of the gear (skis, boots, accessories) along with the desire to learn the technical elements of boot fitting and build on current skill sets. The job requires someone who has the drive to improve their product knowledge and above all, naturally strives to provide friendly customer experiences. Join a fun, growing team who sets the standard in the ski and tennis industry!Responsibilities Include:Remain current on ski industry products and trends to share knowledge with customersDetermine guest needs and provide exceptional servicesProvide exceptional customer service while assessing guests for the proper fit and boot selectionLearn how to do boot customizations / modificationsLearning to build custom foot beds and linersSeek opportunities to elevate the customer experience and exceed expectations through creative and efficient problem-solvingTrain and develop successful sales techniques Adhere to safety procedures regarding use of tools and equipmentMerchandising of hard good products and adhering to the store cleanliness standardsWork with ski equipment.
