Overview

The Site Work Crew Member at Stephens Landscaping Professionals is responsible for supporting construction and sitework operations. This includes performing equipment inspections, maintaining tools, assisting with site layout, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to during various tasks related to sitework and landscape construction.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Team Leader in completing sitework services such as grading, drainage, and septic systems
  • Maintain and manage sitework equipment, ensuring safety and functionality
  • Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Assist with snow removal during winter months
  • Report on task progress and equipment issues to Team Leader

Required skills

  • DOT Medical Certification
  • Flexible working hours and weekends availability
