Position Overview Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Program Manager to lead KC-135 Contractor Field Team (CFT) Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot (O/I/D) Maintenance operations at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. This position serves as ACET's senior on-site representative and primary interface with the U.S. Air Force, responsible for overall contract execution, aircraft maintenance operations, personnel leadership, customer relationships, financial performance, compliance, and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations while delivering exceptional customer support and mission readiness.
