Overview

The Site Director at Rolling Hills Elementary will lead and support a team of teachers in creating engaging educational experiences for children during out-of-school time. This role focuses on building relationships with families and staff while ensuring the site operates within safety and educational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a group of teachers
  • Create unique and engaging classroom experiences using a nationally recognized curriculum
  • Ensure effective site operation and maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Partner with parents to provide optimal care and education
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community leaders
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families
