The Site Director at Naas Elementary School is responsible for leading and supervising a team of educators to create engaging classroom experiences while ensuring the site operates effectively and meets educational standards. Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences
  • Ensure the site operates effectively, maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, school leaders, and community contacts
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children

Required skills
