Overview

As a Site Director at KinderCare Education, you will lead and supervise a team of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences for children. This role focuses on building relationships with educators, families, and community stakeholders to ensure high educational standards and a successful care environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
  • Ensure site operates effectively while maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children

Required skills

  • At least one year of teaching experience
  • Strong desire to make a difference and love for children

  • Basic proficiency in using a computer
