The Site Director at Lowrie Primary, part of KinderCare Education, plays a pivotal role in leading and inspiring educators while promoting educational excellence. This position involves managing a team to deliver unique classroom experiences, fostering relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
  • Ensure effective site operations, maintaining licensing and safety standards
  • Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education
  • Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, school leaders, and community partners
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children
