Overview

The Site Agent at Bota Bota, spa-sur-l'eau is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and safety on the boat, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients during their visit. The role includes maintaining a tranquil environment, managing customer inquiries, and performing various operational tasks under the supervision of the Site Agent Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site tours to ensure compliance with safety instructions
  • Welcome clients and provide assistance and advice on services offered
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and tranquility in the environment
  • Open and close facilities as required
  • Manage security on site and enforce respect for company guidelines
  • Distribute laundry throughout the facilities
  • Perform water quality tests
  • Carry out housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness
  • Provide team support to complete various tasks

Required skills

  • Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and public interaction
  • Autonomous and resourceful mindset
