Job Description

Overview

On Grid Infrastructure Services is looking for an experienced Site Administrator for their Project CPV Basin Ranch in Pecos, TX. This role is expected to start in June 2026 and may last between 12-18 months, focusing on administrative management at the site, including interactions with suppliers and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in establishing the site purchasing process
  • Negotiate best offers with suppliers and maintain supplier relationships
  • Manage database related to procurement and vendor issues
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and sourcing policies
  • Arrange accommodation and transport for expatriate staff
  • Organize day-to-day office operations and maintain site facilities
  • Administer infrastructure contracts and ensure local authority compliance
  • Plan and arrange business travel for the site management team
  • Provide backup support for employee relations coordinator
  • Manage local contracts and logistics including hotel reservations and transportation

Required skills

  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in the power industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Experience in planning and executing programs
  • Familiarity with local purchasing and procurement processes
