Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Shop Supervisor who can manage multiple projects being fabricated in the shop. The candidate must have welding experience with steel and aluminum, experience managing multiple employees and be able to read a blue prints. The Candidate will be given a print of railing and have manage the project from start to finish.Responsibilities:Manage work flow for multiple employeesQuality check jobs after completion. - grind and clean Manufacture and fabricate finished metal productsInstall and repair various equipment and componentsFollow blueprints to meet product specificationsCalculate material measurements to verify specifications Qualifications:Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with welding tools and proceduresFamiliarity with engineering blueprints and schematicsBe able to work with CAD programsAbility to handle physical workload Company Description Founded in 1979, Kasper Fabricating is a third-generation family business dedicated to the art and craft of metal fabrication.
