We are a fast-paced trade show, exhibit, and custom fabrication company that builds high-quality booths, displays, and branded environments for clients across the country.This is not a basic assembly job. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, can read drawings, work with their hands, solve problems, and enjoy being part of a team that builds custom projects from start to finish.The right person is experienced, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working overtime when the workload requires it. Our schedule can get busy around major shows and deadlines, so we need people who understand that OT is part of the business and are willing to jump in when needed.Responsibilities include:Building custom trade show exhibits, displays, cabinets, counters, walls, crates, and related componentsReading and understanding shop drawings, cut lists, and build instructionsWorking with plywood, laminate, MDF, hardwood, acrylics, hardware, and other materialsUsing standard shop tools and equipment safely and efficientlyMeasuring, cutting, assembling, sanding, laminating, and finishing componentsHelping troubleshoot builds and find practical solutions during fabricationWorking with the shop team to meet project deadlinesKeeping work areas clean, organized, and safeAssisting with packing, crating, loading, and preparing projects for shipment when neededIdeal candidates should have:Prior carpentry, cabinetmaking, exhibit fabrication, millwork, or scenic fabrication experienceStrong measuring and layout skillsAbility to read shop drawings or willingness to improve in this areaExperience with common woodworking tools and shop equipmentGood attention to detail and pride in finished workA team-first attitudeReliability and a strong work ethicWillingness to work overtime during busy periodsAbility to lift, carry, stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the dayWhat we are looking for:We want builders.
