Overview

The Shipping & Receiving Associate at PG AEROTECH LLC will handle the processing of aircraft component repair jobs, which includes issuing parts, preparing compliance documentation, and packaging. The role requires great attention to detail and involves cleaning, painting, and repairing aircraft parts to assist technicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Process aircraft components from receiving to final shipment after repair
  • Package, unpackage, part mark, and prepare items for shipment
  • Organize inventory and pull appropriate parts for work orders
  • Ensure proper documentation for purchase/repair orders
  • Conduct inventory tracking and manually count inventory
  • Document work orders and issue/track tooling and consumables
  • Identify non-conforming parts with quality personnel
  • Research and track missing parts and update information
  • Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures
  • Comply with quality, safety, and work regulations
  • Perform cleaning, painting, coating, pressing, and trimming of parts
  • Complete company forms and reports as required
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and management
