TelyRx LLC is seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders within a collaborative and supportive work environment. The role involves preparing and packaging orders, coordinating with carriers, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
  • Support inventory management by tracking shipped items and updating relevant systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the shipping process
  • Collaborate with team members to improve shipping efficiency and accuracy

Required skills

  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
