Overview

SSP Canada is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Tim Hortons location at Victoria International Airport. In this role, you will support the management team, uphold operational standards, and ensure exceptional guest service, all while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the management team in achieving service standards
  • Maintain brand operational standards and complete daily checklists
  • Coach team members through the induction process
  • Communicate job duties, priorities, and expectations to team members
  • Monitor team member performance and document accordingly
  • Assist team members in skill development
  • Ensure product quality and oversee cash duties
  • Complete temperature logs accurately and timely

Required skills

  • 12 months experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
